POWDER COATING
At IPC, we apply high quality durable finishes with our 3 step industrial process. Parts are blasted, phosphate coated for rust inhibition, and coated to your specifications. The powder coating process is more environmentally friendly and longer lasting than a painted finish. Applying phosphate coating during the cleaning process is an extra step we take to ensure rust prevention and long lasting quality for years to come.

IPC is one of the few companies that not only offers dustless media blasting in house; but, if your project warrants it, we are MOBILE and will come to you with our self-contained blasting unit. This new technology mixes blast media with water, glass bead, and rust inhibitor to create a truly dustless blast process that offers superior removal of paint, rust, bondo, chrome, and inferior powder coat finishes. We work with all surfaces including metal, stone, brick, and concrete.! Our blasting uses media which breaks down easily and is environmentally friendly. There is no residue like you have with soda blasting and it will NOT warp metal panels like dry sandblasting.
CNC PLASMA CUTTING
Our 4’ x 8’ CNC plasma table can be used in industrial part making as well as artwork for personal projects and décor. Email a picture or drawing for our engineer to design a proof and get it to you right away. After your design is cut, our powder coating team will work with you on a custom color selection to add life to your project. We welcome any size project that fits our table.
APPLICATIONS
Our knowledgeable powder coating team at IPC utilizes CAD technology via SolidWorks and is skilled in reading prints. Our team will work closely with you to ensure all project management specifications are met.
